Do you accept insurance for Home Visits?

Yes, you'll be able to use your insurance to get coverage for a Home Visit, except for Risk Management. Please be aware that a concierge travel fee will be applied to your booking. Travel fee is $100+ that will depend on your round trip mileage from our clinic location.

Home visits will be booked after it is confirmed that you are comfortable with the estimated travel fee and are on a limited basis currently. Send us a text if you are interested in a home visit and we will help get you scheduled !

Don't see your insurance listed above? We do accept self-pay and will provide you with a superbill (medical invoice) to submit to your Health Insurance Provider for possible reimbursement!

New patient- office visit: $195

Follow up - office visit: :$175

Home visits: $225 + concierge travel fee

Telehealth: New Patient $150, Follow-Up: $125
