About me

  • Hey, mama! Listen. No matter if you breastfeed for a day, a week, a month, or a year: you are amazing. Whatever you choose, it is the right choice for you. I am here to support YOU on this journey, whether your goal is exclusive breastfeeding, supplementing, exclusive pumping, relactating or weaning.”

  • I’m a Mother-Baby Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with nearly a decade of experience in working with newborns and breastfeeding families. Coming home with a new baby can be exhausting and overwhelming even for the most seasoned parents, especially if you’re experiencing difficulties with breastfeeding. My expertise includes low milk supply, tongue-ties, painful breastfeeding, relacation/induced lactation, exclusive pumping, and bottle or breast refusals.

Throughout the years I have assisted and helped many new parents as they make the tender transition into family life. I feel very humbled when I’m invited into my patient’s homes: because I know this is the most treasured time in parents’ lives. It’s a time when, along with the inevitable insecurities, anxiety, and exhaustion from the sleepless nights, parents experience the greatest joy of their lives. I am here to support you every step of the way.

My experience working with breastfeeding parents includes both outpatient and hospital settings. I’m a speaker, researcher, and have presented at many regional and state conferences. I am a proud member of the Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition, Southern California Birth, Postpartum, and Lactation Professionals and a preferred provider through California Tongue Tie & Lip Tie Support.

Privately. I’m a wife to the most wonderful man in the world and a mother of two beautiful boys – Alex and Oscar. Both taught me lasting lessons about mothering through breastfeeding. I enjoy my time being in nature, I am an avid Harry Potter fan and I love to read a good book after tucking in my kiddos to sleep.

Karolina is amazing! She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to make sure you and your baby have the skills and education you need to be successful in your breastfeeding journey. What’s most important to me is that she’s supportive to ALL forms of breastfeeding. Highly recommend Karolina!
